I grabbed my heavy backpack and headed to find the perfect spot. Thing is, Noboleis Vineyards is one of those places where you look around and everywhere you look, you can see beautiful views in every direction. From where I sat, I could have painted so many paintings, but I barely had time to paint one, so I sat down and started setting up my easel. It was the third day of the Augusta Plein Air Festival, and I decided to paint with acrylics for this one. It was a perfect day. The temperature was perfect, the sun and sky were perfect, and I was feeling optimistic. I put my headphones on and listened to some cheerful music as I began painting. With such perfect conditions, my acrylic paint was thinking about drying every 5 minutes, so I just sprayed it with water everytime I thought about it (which was a lot). There was a gentile breeze, when I say perfect, it really couldn't have been much better than it was.

The painting is an Acrylic on 8"x10" Panel. Available framed or unframed.
